Delivery

As part of our Service Offering and our striving to make your shopping experience as comfortable as possible we offer Delivery which we extend to all of our customers who cannot, for one reason or another, make it to one of our pharmacies. Delivery includes any location within a 5 mile radius of our pharmacies. For more information on this service, (including information on Deliveries outside the 5 mile radius) please contact one of our pharmacies.

Consultation with Pharmacist

We offer a Consultation Window at our pharmacies, where you can consult with one of our pharmacists on any issue that concerns you on any topic to do with your medication, any effects you may be experiencing as a result of taking your medication, or any doubt you may have on any issue concerning your prescription or your needs from a pharmacy. Our pharmacists will be totally discreet and will respond to you with professional and relevant advice.

Refills

As part of our endeavor to ensure that we always have the medication you need when you come for it, we encourage you to tell our pharmacy in advance that you are going to collect your Prescription Refill. This is particularly important for customers whose prescription is for a controlled substance and for whom refills do not apply. Typically, you would get a call from our pharmacy with a reminder that your refill is due, but you can ensure that your medication is waiting for you by contacting our pharmacy.
